benefits of hot yoga
I recently completed a week of “Express Hot Yoga” classes in The Woodlands, TX. My sister, Amber, and I used the buddy system to get there and complete the 50-minute yoga class. I really tried to make it to class as much as I could since I only signed up for a week. Well, a few things came up like my baby sister, Halie, surprising me at home, which called for the weekend off.
