a healthier stuffed jalapeño recipe

I recently purchased some fresh jalapeños from the farmer’s market and my oh my, they were hot and dangerous… but DELICIOUS! I had actually bought some from the grocery store the week prior and they really weren’t too spicy. Anyways, I had about a dozen jalapenos that I needed something to do with so I decided to come up with a stuffed jalapeños recipe. I have really started to LOVE spicy food throughout the past few years, but I'd definitely suggest having a jug of milk near when eating these. These can serve as lunch, dinner or just an appetizer. Or even breakfast, if that’s what you’re about.
Side note: You do not have to use jalapeños; you can use a bell pepper or any other pepper you prefer.
Ingredients:
12 fresh jalapeños
1 lbs Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey (I used Jennie-O brand)
1 cup Whipped Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt I used Green Mountain Farms brand. (Seen below; purchased at Wal-Mart.)
Grated Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle over the top of finished jalapeños

How to make my stuffed jalapeños:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Cook 1lbs Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey on the stove until fully cooked
While cooking the meat, wash the jalapeños, cut them in half and seed them
Drain the grease from the ground turkey; put the ground turkey in a mixing bowl
Add 1 cup Whipped Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt to the meat and mix well
Scoop a large, heaping spoonful of the meat mixture into the halved jalapeños
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned on the top
Pairing idea: baked beans and my Bok Choy Salad
ENJOY!!!! Stay spicy, friends & stay tuned.
